COLOURING CONTEST TURNS AGGRESSIVE

DURHAM (SisNws) – A recently-introduced colouring competition held on Monday aimed at increasing public appreciation of colours has sparked some controversies among the participants which have consequently led to a chat-room brawl. A poll which was put up for public voting has so far been dominated by Hsn and following closely were Azm, Mea, Frh and Yl.

Recently, one of the participants has accused Hsn of using deceitful ways of obtaining herself so-called ‘high’ votes. “eh... buyuk ih.. si Hsn tu balik2 kali ia vote sendiri... iatah tinggi votenya atu... :P” said one of the contestants who only provided a pseudonym as a form of identification. Hsn later denied such accusations, “apa ey kmu ah!!! nda jua dpt vote balik2 kali ah... !!” Due to the anonymity of the accusing contestant, Hsn simply demanded evidence to the remaining four contestants, “ Eh, aku nda tau ah mana satu yg tuduh aku ani so aku gtau rah kamu smua empat2. Baik kamu bgi bukti! Mun ku tau siapa, andangku udah cakar2 ia atu.” The probability of identifying the accuser was one in four therefore Hsn also included an apology in the rest of her statement, “Sorry in advance ah from my heart 2 yg nda guilty atu… this is like the only way to stop this yo….” Nobody has confessed yet to date. Once she finds out, Hsn plans to file a lawsuit against the mysterious accuser seeking $50 in compensation for what she refers to as failure to admit.

Meanwhile, the colouring contest event manager Azm, who also happened to be one of the participants reassured the public that the voting facility is reliable, unbiased and built based on the latest technology. “Sabar contestants2... public vote muktamad! Votes nda kana rigged tu.. So jgntah ingau… Smua dpt hadiah ni ok hehe” He also advised fans and participants of the contest to calm down and be prepared to accept any decisions made by the organising committee.

Amidst of the controversies, the committee has decided to reveal an intruder entry ‘Krl’. As if current problems have already settled, only more complaints have been thrown. Frh from Gaeylee disagrees with the idea, ‘Cmanatah kan ku manang ni!! Ppl, don’t just cheer and make banners for me, get your ass on the computer and vote for me!!.” Some were dissatisfied claiming other reasons, “ apa nie zim, basar drawing ckrl ah...Buyuk jua tu”

As the competition grew fiercer, fans are now expressing their utmost support for their chosen idols in every possible way. One fan wrote in her MSN messenger personal message space- ‘Vote for Yil. Jgn nda. Ku cangak kmu krg..’ Another tries to pull votes by advertisements on their personal web logs- ‘vote for my colouring on the far left ok’. Others are just trying too hard to find a way to manipulate votes. Krl, the intruder has yet to receive any vote despite having its drawing displayed as the biggest. “ It doesn’t concern me that much, coz as far as I know if there’s no closing date for the votings, there’s no apparent winner. :p” He has a point. For all we know, all this controversies are meaningless.
