I'm full

Was at the #2 Durhams having dinner tonight (30/3).. Had veggie and margherita pizzas.. Yummy... And each of us allowed 6 slices! Damn, that's a hell lot to eat! I only managed four btw. Not to mention I had noodles, garlic breads and melon slices added to that. Thnx to Azm (for sponsoring) & the rest of the Durhamers for their help, at least I had an excuse not to cook tonight :D. When's the next one? hehe...

We then watched Dreamgirls on dvd but skipped only for the musical parts coz those were the actual highlights of the entire movie. When the musical scene was on Beyonce's 'Listen', I was trying to sing along to the song and as I didn't really know the lyrics, I just read them off the subtitles. I noticed this on the chorus - "Listen......!! I am alone and a coward...~" What?! that sounds really weird..hahaha.. It was supposed to be "I am alone at a crossroads.." Actually I could spot many other mistakes as well just because they didn't make sense.. Haha, those translators need to take this seriously or hire better translators with a minimum grade of C in their English O's! I can tell you this happens a lot in other pirated dvds as well.. Maybe that's what you get for buying pirateds hahaha... Anyway, a tip: If you're in for some laughs you can leave the subtitles on, otherwise switch them off and put the volume on high.

Oh yea, there are actually two or three versions of the 'Listen' video clip. One is the one Nrl n Azm mentioned which had Beyonce (with bright red lipstick) singing on stage. Apparently the latest version was originally an old version which was edited and re-released. This clip has the black & white backgrounds as well as a director's cut (plus no bright red lipstick :p).
